Does the indoor/outdoor C121 record to SS card 24/7-continuosly? Or does it only record motion clips?

sorry wouldn't bring up keyboard to add model number, hardware version etc

Yes, all AC-powered Tapo cameras will record 24/7 when a microSD card is used. Battery-powered cameras will only record via detection clips. Tapo Care cloud storage is also only for Detection clips.
