Since I connected the Tapo app to my wifi, my other apps are not working correctly

Typically, the Tapo app won't affect the other apps on your phone from working. What happens on your phone after installing the Tapo app? You can reboot your phone and check if it helps.
If the same phenomenon occurs on your phone, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone?
2. What's your Tapo app version?
3. If you uninstall the Tapo app on your phone, will other apps work again?
