Archer BE550 v1.6 hardware feel like a rip off since they released a v2.6..
I have a version 1.6 BE550 Archer WiFi 7 router..
I like it but the lack of firmware updates is bothering me..
the v2.0 and v2.6 routers for this model are getting updates.. but none in a while for my v1.6
What can I do????

@Melchior I don't know if I should be posting this here but my BE550 v1.6 is running firmware v 1.2.2 20250813 rel 17119. I've checked it several times and can't seem to find this release anywhere. But it is running stable. No complaints.

I just noticed v1.2.1 update as well for at least hardware v1.0 maybe v1.6 too..
I had a successful firmware update today to v1.2.1.
for some reason they are not updating it on the website...
but the built in updater found it and let me know as soon as I logged in to my router.
