Recording and notifications

The software/firmware bug that causes problems with recordings when notifications are off continue.
I want the device to record events when notifications are off
Please resolve this defect.

The Recording and Notification features of the Tapo camera operate independently. Generally, even if the notification feature is disabled, the recording function will continue to work.
Please provide a detailed description of your camera's usage scenario and the specific phenomenon you are encountering. This information will help us offer more tailored advice.
Please also confirm the following information for further assistance.
1. The model number, hardware version, and firmware version of your Tapo camera.
2. Are you saving the video clips to our cloud server or an SD card?
3. Please describe your Detection settings on the camera's Device Settings > Detection page.
