Hi,
You can try the following steps if you fail to charge the camera.
  
  1. Please power the camera with the original power adapter and cable that come with the camera in the package. Ensure the wired connection is tight.
  2. Hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the camera if it's off.
  3. Try a different power socket.
  4. Try a different power adapter if you have one.
  5. Press and hold the reset button for more than 5 seconds to factory reset the camera and check if it helps.
  6. Check for water ingress if the camera is used outdoors.

If the above tips do not help, you may contact the local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
