You can try the following steps and check if you can set up the camera successfully.
1. Turn off the camera, and power it on with the original power adapter that comes with the camera in the package.
2. Wait for two minutes, press and hold the reset button on the camera for 15 seconds to perform a factory reset. Then, the LED on the camera should be flashing amber and green. If not, please send me the LED status.
3. Refer to the instructions to set up the camera: How Do I Set up my Kasa Cam?
4. If you fail to set it up, refer to the instructions to troubleshoot: What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa Cam?
5. If the camera still can't be set up, please send us a picture of the error message that appears in the Kasa app when configuring it, and list the troubleshooting you did.
