For giggles and grins, I thought I might try to connect my C125 to a SCW NVR
 

It acts like I can configure the camera, but when I save the configuration, the camera is not added.  (says sucess, but the camera is not added)

not much else for details.

I can display the TAPO using VLC media player using rtsp://10.0.0.8/stream1

I might be able to debug the SCW if I knew another streaming device that I could try the ONVIF protocol.    Thinking if I can make ONVIF protocol work on something else, I might be able to sniff out why it won't work on the SCW.

Any ideas appreciated.
