Yet another indication on top of the 200 other indications that this company produces excellent hardware but the software is buggy and lacking updated websites, and lacking features. Tech support does not know anything. I am posting this to educuate not only the customers but to educate the TECH SUPPORT --- TECH SUPPORT --- please READ THIS.

The 2.4 GHz band CANNOT be disabled on the MAIN WiFi network while keeping it enabled on the IoT network. Tech Support will tell you that you can turn off the 2.4 GHz band on the main network while having it enabled on the IoT network. 

The FAQs and the Tech Support staff are WRONG.
