I wouldn't think that the Deco App would work differently on different Deco's?

I've got a BE68 (and used a BE65) and it is available on them?

What version of the Deco App (and which device, Android or IoS?) do you have?

You can find by pressing on the 3 horizontal bars on the top left and then select APP SETTINGS and then ABOUT:

As you can see, I still have it:

So, if you have the same version, then I'd say you are correct, but for me at least it is still there?

Might want to ask Support via email I guess?

That post is old, and also references https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/1462/ which is even older. That was updated around 3 years ago even.

I Beta tested the X55 2 Deco set, and it was a V1, 2 deco set. Sometimes though old cases are used and the internals are for a newer version it seems...

So you are correct, I suspect that referenced link IS correct, but only up to the UPDATE time stamp. For instance, the BE65//68 created well past that referenced date does have it, but not on the list as that list is only applicable to products released before that date.

One might also not know if a f/w upgrade would change to allow the Deco app to do the test, and the OP has the release Published Date: 2025-06-04 as well.

However, based on the Beta Test comment, it could be a h/w reason for it not working?
