I'm not getting any audio on playback. I only get audio on live feed. This is happening right after I subscribed from the free trial offer. How do I enable audio during the playback reels?

Hi,
If you get audio on the camera's live view page but not on the video clips, please go to the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, ensure the Record Sound option is enabled.
