I have 2 C110 cameras. I have spectrum. The cameras will not connect securely through my WiFi. I have contacted Spectrum. I added using 2.4 GHz. They don't have any other answers for me. Said contact company. I can't use these if my WiFi is insecure. Does anyone have any other ideas as to why it is not connecting securely? TIA

The Tapo C110 is able to connect to a regular 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with security type WPA/WPA2-PSK.
If you fail to set up the camera, please refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot.
