Doorbell icon on alexa shows Snapshot Unavailable. Re-installed alexa and Tapo. Did a KD110 factory reset. Still states Snapshoot unavailble. Doorbell works but I can not view the camera from alexa, but I can from Tapo. Tapo says firmware on all devices are up to date

1. As of now, the Kasa Cameras do not support viewing live feed and screenshots in the Alexa app. However, the Kasa cameras support integration with Amazon Alexa, which allows you to view the camera's live feed on Alexa-enabled devices such as the Echo Show or Fire TV.
