Been having an issue since the latest app update that whenever I go into the app to view the video of my D210 doorbell from a previous notification of person detected. It sends me another notification of the doorbell detecting another person at the doorbell. Yet there is no one at or in the view of the doorbell and it keep sending me notifications of detecting a person at the doorbell while I am the app. No one is at the doorbell or in view of the doorbell. I am NOT even in view of the doorbell when looking at the app. I am in a room in my home away from the doorbell.

Why does it keep detecting someone at the doorbell when no one us there? When it us just me looking at the video in the app nowhere near the doorbell.

I have my detection set on a low 3 and as said, not even in view or near the doorbell. It's like it is detecting me on my phone in the app in another room of my home as being outside at the doorbell.

Any help would be appreciated!
