I try to reset the password for the device - im setting it up for second time since changing the Wifi router. It keeps telling me to please enter 1 to 15 characters, etc etc... meeting all requirements. won't let me get past the screen even with matching passwords and all the prequesite characters. So archaic. Losing my mind. P.O.S.

If it is a range extender, please confirm that you have a correct hard reset.
