I just replqced my deco 6 with the 7 and now my myQ devices will not connect. What adjustments do I need to make? I tried doing 2.4 only but still no luck.

When replacing your Deco 6 with a Deco 7 model, did you keep the same network settings (Wi-Fi name and password)? If the name or password was changed, your MyQ device(s) may need to have their network settings updated.

 

Have you tried enabling the IoT network and connecting your MyQ device(s) to it? The IoT network is often recommended for certain smart home devices that have specific compatibility requirements. How to set up an IoT network on TP-Link Deco
