Model: TL-WA850RE
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 3.14.8 Build 141224 Rel.38157n

My extender loses connection on some days.   The entire "right side" LED flash than, they are all blue not sure what that means.  The log shows some connection errors. An Example below.  In most cases I have to reboot the extender, per software or per power off/on cycle. I wonder if I can change something in the connection parameter to make the connection more stable.

Hello @ThomasH_always ,

Welcome to our community.

For your case, please try the following suggestions:
1. Ensure the extender's Wi-Fi name differs from the router's

Having different network names helps identify which device you're connected to and can prevent confusion.
2. Update the extender's firmware to the latest version

Firmware updates often include stability improvements and bug fixes.
3. Reposition the extender for optimal signal strength

The placement of your extender is crucial. Check this guide for optimal positioning: How to place your wireless Range Extender for optimal reception and performance
4. Adjust your router's wireless channels:
Set the router's 2.4GHz channel to 1, 6, or 11, it is less congested channels that can improve stability.
5. Keep the extender away from interfering devices

Metal objects, fish tanks, microwaves, and Bluetooth devices can all cause interference.
6. Ensure your router maintains a stable connection.

If you have been using this device for an extended period, you may consider replacing it with a new extender.
