Hi,
It's unable to watch the camera's cloud video clips on a PC through a web browser. However, you can try the following steps to watch the cloud video on a PC.
1. Download the cloud video clip on your phone > Tapo app > camera's Playback & Download > Playback > Cloud icon page.
2. Go to the Playback & Download > Download page, tap the downloaded video clip, and click on the Share button to share the video clip with an app running on your PC.
3. Start the app on your PC, find the shared video clip, and watch it on the PC.
