I am a Tapo Care Premium user. How to switch between text and snapshot (camera) notifications?

If you are referring to standard notifications and the Rich Notifications that are part of the TapoCare service, you can manage them under notifications.  Just toggle off the Rich Notifications, and you will be back to using the standard notification
