Hello, I may be missing something obvious but I have just installed a KC200 Cam, when I access the app on my iPad and click on the camera it shows the live stream from my camera as a full screen and I can’t seem to find a way of of exiting from that screen. There is no ‘X’ or back arrow. I’ve had to uninstall the app twice! Am I being stupid?

Hi just tested this myself and found the fix. When holding your iPad in landscape mode the camera view automatically goes to Full Screen mode. When you rotate the iPad to protait mode the view reverts to normal and you can go back in the menus.

So why can't the iPad app have at least a "back arrow" added? It is inconvenient to rotate a 12.9" iPad sideways every time to exit viewing a clip or live view. Especially when you need to view several cameras.

Its actaully not something we knew about until we did research for this thread. We have asked the team already to make adjustments if possible in the future.
