Dimmer does not turn light on till 36%
I have installed (by an elecrician) new dimmable recessed light with HS220. We realized that one section does not turn the light on till the dimmer is up to 36%. Is this the switch's issue or can it be somehting else? I have 7 of those and only one acts this way.
