If the Kasa Smart Plug Mini loses power, then power comes back but the internet is down, how will it handle its programmed schedules?  Obviously it won't know the time without the internet, so I'm wondering if its internal clock starts at 00:00 and executes its schedules going forward from there.  For example, if it's scheduled to turn on at 5:15 am, will it turn on 5 hours 15 minutes after powering up?
