The camera has stopped accepting the micro SDHX card. The error message says SD card format not supported. When I select the Format SD Card option in the app, it says returns to the error message that SD card format not supported.

I followed the instructions on the How to Verify Fake Micro SD Cards page. However, the h2testw program said the card was formatted for only a small amount of its capacity and suggested I reformat it.

I attempted to reformat the card using Windows. I received an error message that the card is write protected. 

The card is PNY P-SDU128V31100PX-GE. 128 GB -- UHS-I / V30 / U3 / Class 10 / A1
