KP303 No Longer Connects To Wi-Fi After Firmware Update

I downloaded the latest firmware for the KP303. The KP303 is no longer connecting to Wi-Fi after the update. I deleted the KP303 from the app and tried to set up the KP303 per the directions. I unplugged and replugged the strip into the outlet. I checked the app settings. Nothing is working.

What's the current SYS led status of the KP303?
Did the firmware update complete? Do you remember the firmware version you were trying to update?
Please be aware that if the firmware upgrade is interrupted midway, such as by closing the app or cutting off power to the device, it may result in the device being bricked.
Try to factory reset the device, see if it helps.
*How to reset KP303: Press and hold the control button (Any control button of the outlets will do) for 10 seconds.
