Kasa Smart Dimmers HS220 defaulted to 1% when turned on

I have about 28 Kasa Smart Dimmers throughout my home (HS220).
In the past week or so, when I turn on the dimmers, they turn on at 1%. Forcing me to manually tap to turn the brightness up to a normal level.
It's not. For some reason, the default brightness upon turn on has changed to 1%.
Has anyone encountered this? Does anyone know of a fix?
