I have a newly installed KS230 V2 and have confirmed the wiring, line,load,neutral, and travelers. Both switches are able to power the lights on and off. The bulbs I am using dim in another dimmer switch and are rated as dimmable.

However, despite running the dimming calibration, at max dimming, the actual bulbs barely dim, maybe 5% dimmer than full, and is barely noticeable. 

Do I have a bad/broken kit?  My next task will be to swap out the switches with another dimmer in the same location.
