First question:  I was trying to watch the camera in Edge, it could not be found.  I went into Tplink account for my router and it says the Camera is OFFLINE.

How do I get the Camera "ONLINE"?  I have 5 cameras.

Second question"  I went into tplinkcloud and it says no cameras added.  When I tried to add a camera it does not list the C425..

How do I add a Camera to my Cloud account?

I downloaded TPLINK it will not allow me to add the c425 camera, this camera is not in the list.  I'm getting frustrated with these cameras.
