New HS220 dimmer. This switch is controlling four (4) track light heads. Whenever I raise the lights to 100% brightness the lights start to flash on|off at ~1 second intervals. (This is not flickering or pulsing, but complete off and then back on cycles.) if I drop the level down, they stop flashing. If they continue to flash, at some point the switch will error out and lock up. The amber LED on the switch will flash rapidly alternating with the white dim-level indicators. The restart or reset buttons on the switch have no effect. I lose communication with the switch over the LAN. I end up having to flip the breaker off/on to get the HS220 to restart. The lamps are Feit A100/927CA/FIL/4/GB. These are new, dimmable lamps. I was experiencing similar results with Home Depot house brand EcoSmart bulbs and replaced them with Feit hoping that would solve the issue.

I have a request into Feit to confirm dimming type.
