I have now successfully connected Tapo app with Samsung Smartthings app (Android) and can view live camera view in the Smartthings app. Rather than storing video files to the internal microSD card of the camera, will the Tapo app recognize a Samsung Smartthings Hub (with USB Drive, on the same WiFi network) as a Hub Storage device instead?
