Two of my Tapo C120 cameras are playing past event recordings for newer events. For example. Today I came home and one of the Cameras detected my arrival and logged an event. I went to play it back and the app/camera plays an event recording/video from 4 days ago! I can see by the time stamp and what I'm wearing! So strange. I tried downloading the video and it downloaded the old event video.

what could be wrong? To try to fix it, today, reformatted the SD card and have rebooted the camera to see if that makes any difference.

This also happened with a Tapo C120 i have in the garage. Same behavior. It detections motion and records an event but plays back an earlier event from 2 days previous when I go to view.

basically worthless if these cameras cannot reliably play back correct video for events or NOT RECORD IT AT ALL!

What is the problem. Is this a reported bug at all?

Where can I report this bug. I am turning on diagnostics for these cams too.

Unhappy ... such a basic function is not working correctly. My old TENVIS cams never did that!!
