I can access the camera perfectly when I'm on the WiFi network but can't access it from the internet. I can't find a setting for this so I'm hopeful someone can give me some guidance on this. Thanks!

Typically, after you set up the camera successfully, it will connect to the internet and our cloud server. Then, you can control it locally and remotely in the Tapo app.
If you can only control the camera locally, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot.
