When in my camera, if I press "talk" it is stuck on connecting, it never connects. If I go to the "call" function, pressing (even holding) the call button does nothing. How can I fix this? I've updated the firmware, unplugged and rebooted the camera, and force restarted the app. I have also tried on multiple devices (both on WiFi and off).

Please check if your Tapo app is up to date. You can uninstall the Tapo app and reinstall the latest version from Google Play or App Store for a try.
If the same phenomenon persists, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone?
2. What's the Tapo app version installed on your phone?
3. Can you watch the camera's live feed smoothly in the local network and the remote network?
