Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.6

Hello,

I have a TC55 floodlight camera and the floodlight auto on at sunset and off at sunrise are no longer working. I have had the TC55 since November and have always used the sunset / sunrise feature without issue. However, since the "Spring forward" daylight savings change (I am in western Oregon), I have noticed that the floodlight stays on constantly (or off depending if I manually have to turn it on or off). I have rebooted the device, disabled and re-enabled the auto floodlight feature, checked for firmware updates, and re-booted my Deco mesh network, but I can get the feature to work correctly. I have also check that my time zone settings on the camera are correct (Los Angeles).

Any ideas how to resolve this issue? Is anyone else experiencing the ame thing since the time change?

Hi,
Please provide the following information for further analysis.

  1. On the camera's Live View page, please check if the date and time are correct.
  2. Please check if you can control the camera remotely on your phone when using mobile data only. If so, please reboot the camera again and check whether the floodlight auto-on and auto-off as per the configured Floodlight Schedule.

Best Regards
