light turns red after 2 min.
I have 3 c210 cameras and all went off line within 2 days. Tried unplug and repete, no help. Did reset on all, all connected and green light came on. After 2 minuets each one turns to red light, and never gets a picture. I brought all in to the house within 10 feet of router, and same thing.

Hi,
If all your Tapo Cameras experience the same phenomenon, it's recommended to check whether your router's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is working. If so, please try changing the DNS server on your router and check if it helps.
If the same phenomenon persists, please provide the following information.
1. What's the model number of your router?
2. Is the LED on the Tapo C210 and C510WS solid red, flashing red, or solid amber?
3. If you connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi as the camera, force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and does any camera display online in the Tapo app?
4. Please enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset a Tapo C210, configure it with another phone, connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if it will work fine.
Best Regards
