Sunrise / Sunset programs - differences in time

Hi,
I am currently in Nice, France - (same time zone as Paris)
I programmed the plug to turn on at sunrise and off at sunset.
The geolocalisation wasn't precise so I entered the coordinates manually.
I am having 14.4 hours of power when at the moment there is only 12.4 hours of daylight - The plug turns off at the right time but turns on way too early.
There are 6 different UTC+1 options. why?
Also, currently with daylight changes, I am UTC+2.
It's confusing!
How can I match my location sunrise and sunset times precisely?
