First step is to figure out whether the HS200 failed to connect to your wifi - did it's LED stop flashing? If so, it's connected but the kasa app can't find it. If that's the case you may need to see if you can force your phone onto the same band and network segment as the HS200 to enable remote access (try connecting while you are close to the HS200) and use remote access after that. Or you could try an aftermarket app.
