@wgh_123 I tried changing the region on my BE95 to Chicago, and it was the correct time 5 am. It may be a bug in the firmware try contacting support.

@deniseA1467_ Hard reset the extender. Move it close to the router/access point it used to connect to. Re-setup. Move it back, but try to find a place a little closer to the router.
