@Shilex it's the hardware version 1.6 has tons upon tons of issues call support immediately tell them the issues your facing and request hardware version 2.6 it fixes a lot of problems.

@HelpFixDecoApp hw version 1.6 was horrible and I believe isn't being sold anymore although I sure there is still a few new ones out there. I had that one originally replaced it with 2.6 it was night...

@loadii i got rid of the be63 i have the BE95 now and haven't had any issues at all

@jzchen someone mentioned the latest firmware seems to be the issue and apparently there is a beta release that's supposed to fix these issues.
