@IrvSp I tried all of that before even posting. also to note, I hooked my old nighthawk X6 7900 back up and instantly got 450 up and down.

my ISP speed is 400mb, though I usually get closer to 500. I installed the router, ran a speed test and am getting download speeds of 80-90 and upload speeds of 400+. old router is 400+ down and up....
