@RoadKill Load and neutral wires should not be pigtailed together. If they are i would recomend spiliting them an see if there is an improvement.

@JD13 Really the only thing left to do is make sure the Firmware is up to date. If it is then likely you have a defective unit and you would want to contact our support team to replace.

@ecbuck I would first start with re-syncing your location and time zone. Then again try removing the schedule and creating a new one. If that doesn't work let us know.
