@DFWRavi The LED should not turn red at all. I would recommend moving the extender closer to the router just to test. See if the 5GHz is now working fine if so, the distance was too far for the 5GHz....

@JS8585 If the whole reason to ask about the logs was related to your internet dropping out, it would be recommended to contact our techincal support then to see if the router is malfunctioned.
