@jr00 The easiest way to circumvent someone bypassing parental controls is to utilize the wireless schedule (Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Schedule) and disable the Wi-Fi altogether.

@shreeshenoy Another thing to check is that your phone is not using a VPN connection. If you have any parental controls set up, disable that.
