@Shudu The device has been designated End of Life. Not sure on the reasoning, but no more are being manufactured. With respect to the firmware that is only pushed from the ISP so I am not sure why...

@mwixson Take the device to a completely different outlet just to make sure it is the device. If the device simply does not power on contact our support to see what they can do.

@billmccl The modem is not recognizing the new router so there is no internet connection. Leave the M9 power on, and only reboot the modem. If after several minutes there is still no internet call...
