@Bruno-P Change the network name and the wireless password on the main network. What you can also try is to enable the guest network (Wireless Settings) to see how the devices connect to that as well.

@Jgreg7 Sorry, ya it should work. No, do not flash the EU firmware, you might end up bricking the device and it voids the warranty. Regional devices should only be updated with their region firmware.

@CSEngineer What is the current network topology you are using? With respect to the Deco unit that was removed if the reset is held for a extended period of time the Deco will go into recovery mode....
