Safe to update three Deco XE75/XE5300 to “1.3.1 Build 20251023 Rel. 43624”?

The device hasn’t seen updates for a while and is currently on 1.2.14 Build 20241015 Rel. 45922, so I’m a tad unsure if this is safe if everything is currently running smoothly at the moment. TIA from
