I have Kasa smart switches and smart bulbs and would like to set them up in two locations in different time zones. Am I able to do this?

I just bought the Archer AX73 (AX5400) and have Cox fiber 1gb service. I am trying to turn on IPV6 but is asking for ISP settings. I was on for an hour with Cox and they were unable to help (suprise!)
