Cameras off line

I have 6 c402 cameras. Set up two weeks ago and all working fine. Two days ago they all went off line. I have rebooted my router and android. The network and wifi work fine. I'm using a Starlink.

Sensors in wrong time zone

Moved from the east coast to west coast and many of our sensors are still stuck to east coast time zone. Any idea how to reset or switch time zones on devices? Cameras are ok but all sensors are not.
