Model: Archer VR2100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 0.9.1 v009e.0 build 200116 Rel.60756n

On advice from your chat I have already had my router replaced.

 

However it seems to reset itself once a day. When I look at the logs after a reset, the contents of the log only goes back around 60lines.

 

I cannot have a router which keeps resetting itself.

 

How can we fix this issue?

Hello, sorry to hear that you experience an auto-reboot on the VR2100.

 

If the auto-reboot issue, unfortunately, persists on the latest firmware, please kindly check if the latest beta firmware we provided in the below thread:

@Sunshine I think the email you refer to is the one I refer to in my post when I say "On advice from your chat I have already had my router replaced" (the chat was followed-up  by an email).  So I am no further forward.  If you think you can help, please reply.
