Motion Tracking function it doesn't works in 3 out of 7 cameras
I bought 7 Tapo C200 cameras and installed 3 in my sister's house and the other 4 in my mother's house.
The ones I installed in my sister's house all work perfectly while 3 out of 1 in my mother's house don't work. Can anyone tell me why? Thanks

Can you check what the hardware version & firmware of those cams?
If you found the motion tracking does not work, please try some tips here:
- Reboot camera
- Confirm the camera is Online and can be accessed remotely when the phone is on LTE mobile data or on an outside network. Otherwise, you could try to reset the camera and reinstall it
- Confirm Motion Tracking & Motion Detection are enabled : Tapo APP> Camera settings > Detection & Alerts> Motion tracking and Motion Detection should be ON
- Confirm the APP and camera firmware are both up to date
If still the same, can you share a video clip , the camera MAC address and some information here
1) a video clip of movement. Use phone to record a video or use Tapo APP to manually record the video clip of motion
2) a photo of Playback timeline showing the motion was detected as at that time
3) a photo of camera Motion tracking setting
4) MAC address of camera (please share via private message) Thank you
