C210 Red light steady

Red lights are steady, any other way to reset? 5 sec reset doesnt work.loc: Manila, Philippines

Hi,
Please refer to the following steps for a try.
1. Make sure the internet is stable, and the router has a strong signal.
2. Power off the camera.
3. Move the camera closer to the router and power on the camera.
4. Wait for around 10 minutes, and check if the camera's LED will change.
5. Press and hold on the reset button for 10 seconds to reset it, and please let me know if the LED has any changes.
If the LED has no change at all, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if your device is under warranty.
