Playback - delete option missing
Hello,
under Playback I can see all recorded movies, but I cannot delete them. I only have the option to download.
Why is the delete button missing?

Hi,
On the camera's Playback & Download>Playback page, if you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service, you can see the cloud video clips after selecting the cloud icon and you can download or remove the video clips.
If you have inserted a microSD card into the camera and select the SD card icon on the Playback page, the video recordings stored in the SD card can be downloaded only and can't be deleted on the Playback page. To delete the video recordings stored in the SD card, you can go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage and Recording>microSD card page to format the SD card.
